Dr Kevin Lee 
MBBS (Hon) BSc (Hon) MMH FRACP PhD

Dr Lee is a consultant Endocrinologist and Specialist Physician at Lifestyle Breakthrough. Aside from consulting from Lifestyle Breakthrough privately in Caulfield, Daylesford and Gisborne, he also works at Monash Medical Centre. To round off his extensive commitment to providing clients with the best care, Kevin remains heavily involved in research with Monash University on topics such as stress, weight management, diabetes and mindfulness.

Dr Barbora de Courten
Assoc Prof (Monash) MD PhD FRACP, MPH

Associate Professor Barbora de Courten is a general physician and National Heart Foundation Future Leader Fellow with extensive experience in clinical research, epidemiology and public health in the area of non-communicable chronic diseases. Barbora’s vision is to establish new strategies for the prevention and management of chronic diseases, in particular obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Her goal is that her research findings translate into treatment guidelines, reduced diabetes and cardiovascular morbidity and mortality and reduced health-care costs.

Dr Aloke De
MD RHN

Dr De is a family physician and Integrative Medical practitioner. His training in Canada and England includes being a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and has an interest in mental health conditions, and also hold a degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy.”. His training and clinical experience has given him a strong desire to practice preventative medicine and to empower patients with the tools they need to maintain their own health and wellbeing.
