    Learn techniques and skills to:

    • Rest, relax, re-focus and re-energise
    • Develop mindfulness and self-protection strategies
    • Help reduce stress and anxiety in your everyday lives
    • Focus on the renewal of self - this is a great gift!

    The weekly training sessions are facilitated by NIIM’s psychologist, Catherine Dunlop.
    Time Thursdays 1.00pm, Sessions occur on the first Thursday of each month.

    A consulting psychologist, Cate has worked with complex medical teams counselling individuals and researching outcomes in relationships, psychological resilience and development of emotional fulfilment. She has consulted in medical centres for over 27years. Cate is committed to emotional wellbeing and performance enhancement. Her goal is to live a long life and assist others to do so with a strong psychological quality. She also mentors healthcare practitioners with their continual development in successful psychological intervention.
